Rebecca King and Dan Sutter have been friends since they were children. The entire district of Faith’s Creek has been planning their marriage for years. Unfortunately, as the time approaches, Rebecca knows she is not ready.

Rebecca has a yearning to discover the world outside of Faith’s Creek. She doesn’t want to hurt anyone especially, her mamm and best friend Dan. But Rebecca can no longer deny her need for more.

All Dan wants is to marry the girl he loves. He’s been planning to build a life with Rebecca for years. He’s devastated when she shares her desire to leave their Amish community but he believes in their love and his faith tells him Rebecca will return to him.
